Sheila’s inspirational story of her winning spirit, in a video as described to the makers of James Boag’s Premium Lager.

Narrated by Channel 7 reporter Neil Kearney the video promotes Sheila’s love for racehorses and her fighting qualities which led her to getting back on the horses back.

In 2001 Sheila became the first female trainer to win the Melbourne Cup after a series of race falls and has since been an ambassador for the Sport of Kings. She has come along way from 1991 when she was in a coma for a week after a race accident not being able to talk, write or simply communicate with anybody.

Sheila today is a horse trainer in partnership with John Symons.

Her story is truly inspirational and courtesy of James Boags Premium Lager encourage you to watch the below video and view Sheila’s tale.
