Sheezinajam’s run of good form continued at Toowoomba yesterday with a win in the PRYDE’S EASIFEED Class 4 Plate over 1640m!
This was her second win in a row after her recent win at Beaudesert, and her form is delighting her owners, and her new trainers.
The win was very solid with jockey Josh Oliver crossing from the outside barrier, and able to steady the mare in a pace that was strong enough to keep her comfortable, and her nearest rival about a length away. He progressively upped the tempo, which put many of the rivals off the bit, and the mare rallied strongly all the way down the straight to win well by a length and a half.
Sheila and John will look at another similar race shortly, and hope that the picket fence can continue!
